Metaphysical properties:
Caesium-rich alkali beryl is a rare and luminous variety of beryl, carrying the frequency of expansion, clarity, and higher communication. Its sky-blue to deep azure hues resonates with the throat and crown chakras, encouraging eloquence, truth, and spiritual connection. This crystal is said to open pathways to cosmic wisdom, helping one articulate inner truth while remaining grounded in compassion. Collectors and healers alike treasure it for its ability to amplify intention, dissolve energetic blockages, and invite serenity into meditation practices.

Geological Formation
Beryl forms within pegmatite veins, crystallizing from mineral-rich fluids under high pressure and temperature. In alkali beryl, the crystal lattice incorporates alkali elements such as lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, and notably caesium (up to 4.6%), giving rise to its distinctive coloration and rarity. These tabular, hexagonal crystals often display shortened c-axis growth, resulting in striking flower-like or jackstraw clusters. Their translucent brilliance and unusual morphology make them highly sought after by mineral enthusiasts.

This specimen originates from the Deo Darrah region in the Kuran Wa Munjan District, Badakhshan Province, Afghanistan, a locality renowned for producing some of the world’s finest alkali-rich beryl clusters. The rugged mountains of Badakhshan provide the perfect geological environment for these rare formations, making each cluster not only a mineralogical marvel but also a piece of Earth’s hidden artistry.

DISCLAMERS:

Every natural stone/mineral or crystal is unique as it has been created from earth and then some of them are carved/polished by hand. Small flaws, natural fissures, drusy pockets, vugs, and cracks are commonly found on many crystals. We need to see the beauty in the little imperfections, that's the trademark of stones/mineral, or crystals nothing it's 100% "perfect".

Stones/minerals and crystals look amazing in collections, home decorating, and altars. Some are small enough to carry with you at work or during travel. Although crystals can support energetic well being and make wonderful additions in meditation and reiki, they should never replace traditional medical treatment.
