This listing is for 100 Grams Rare Deep Blue Blueberry Fluorite on Matrix from Inner Mongolia.  This exceptional piece is self-standing, allowing you to admire this unique flourite formation from three out of four sides.  It shows a very delicate side where the individual orbs can be easily appreciated, while the other side is so saturated that it's difficult to distinguish where one orb starts or ends.

Fluorite is found in many different colors worldwide. Notable deposits for Blue Fluorite are in Austria, China, France, Great Britain, Mexico, Spain, and the United States.

Botryoidal fluorite forms when small, spherical crystals of fluorite precipitate rapidly from a solution in a space with many nucleation points, like dust particles or impurities, causing them to grow outward in a cluster of rounded, grape-like formations, where each sphere gradually merges with others as they expand, creating the characteristic botryoidal shape; essentially, it's a result of quick crystal growth in a solution with numerous nucleation sites, leading to overlapping, fused spheres.
